Credits are the currency used to generate images on Gempix2 AI. Each image generation costs 2 credits.

How do I get credits?

Free: Get 10 credits when you sign up
Purchase: Buy credit packages from the Pricing page
Packages available: 50, 100, 200, or 500 credits

Do credits expire?

Yes, purchased credits expire after 12 months from the purchase date. Free signup credits do not expire.

What if I run out of credits?

You'll receive a notification when you're low on credits. You can purchase more credits anytime from your account dashboard or the pricing page.

Can I get a refund?

How long does it take to generate a images?

Most images are generated in 2-5 minutes. Generation time depends on:

What images length is supported?

Currently, all images are 30 seconds long. This is the optimal length for social media and marketing content.

What aspect ratios are available?

16:9: Perfect for YouTube, websites (landscape)

Can I generate longer images?
